Excellent service & very good after sale service. I was impressed with the genuine honesty from Tony. Product range on display was good. Other major stores did lack, display limiting customer choices Amart was a good choice for my family & i will buy again quality furniture from Amart COFFS Harbour.

Even though Coffs Harbour is a few hours drive from where I live, it is our closest store. I called to ask about click and collect for a product that I wanted - Gail was incredibly helpful and was able to link me up with a local courier service to save me the trip to Coffs to pick up my purchase. Very, very happy with the customer service!

I went in store when I had a spare moment to test drive some mattresses. I was met with a lovely staff member who goes by the name Grace. She understood my needs by pointing me in the direction of a mattress that was “soft as balls” (which is the phrase I used not Grace) and allowed me to leave feeling super positive and not bullied into making a decision right on the spot which is not an experience I was used to particularly at other competitors stores’. After trying to complete a transaction online to no avail I phoned the store and Grace (to my delight) answered the phone and assisted me in ordering my mattress. I suppose I’m leaving this review a little prematurely as I have not received my item yet but the whole first half of my experience was such a delight I just had to leave a review. Amazing person and manager. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, super positive. Give her a raise. :)

I dealt with a lovely staff member (her name eludes me) and helped me order 5 large items for delivery the following week. As expected the delivery guys called the morning of and the items delivered expertly. When I discovered that one of the doors had a manufacturing defect, I called the customer care team and they arranged for me to provide some photos and within a few weeks we had landed on an agreement to sort it out. Very pleased with Coffs store and also the headquarters for their handling and outcome of the whole thing. Keep it up!!
